- The Army Contracting Command-Warren (ACC-WRN) intends to solicit and negotiate a limited source award in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 with Acrow Corporation of America (Acrow), Parsippany, New Jersey and Mabey Bridge Ltd., United Kingdom. The award will be a new Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the procurement of Line of Communication Bridge (LOCB) training assets, and Field Service Representative (FSR) trainer support. Solicitation number W56HZV-19-R-0096. This is a pre-solicitation synopsis and is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Contractors should not contact the buyer for a copy of the solicitation.
