- A pre-proposal conference is now scheduled for Thursday March 14, 2019 at 0930 hrs. (EST) at McEntire JNGB, 1325 South Carolina Road, Eastover South Carolina 29044. Due to mission requirements, this will be the only opportunity to view the various jobsites therefore it is strongly recommended that all interested vendors attend this conference prior to submitting a quote for this project. All questions, including main gate clearance procedures in order to attend the site visit are to be submitted via e-mail to Jonathan Bailey at jonathan.h.bailey.mil@mail.mil.
