- 36C10X19Q0072 Indoor Firing Range Maintenance Page 101 of 101 DESCRIPTION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number: 36C10X19Q0072. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) using simplified and commercial item procedures identified in FAR 13 and 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items). The Service Contract Act applies to this solicitation (see attached Wage Determination). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99 effective June 15, 2018 and the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulations (VAAR). The complete text of any of the clauses and provisions may be accessed in full text at http://farsite.hill.af.mil. This requirement is a total (100%) set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). To be eligible to quote, vendors must be verified in the Veteran Information Pages (VIP) at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/Default.aspx and small under this requirement applicable NAICS code-562910, (Remediation & Reclamation Services), (size standard of 750 employees).
