Description
SYNOPSIS - FISH HABITAT COMPLEX AE DESIGN SERVICES METHOW Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) Pacific Northwest Regional Office (PNRO) anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for professional Architectural and Engineering Services (AE) Services under an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Contract for Complex Fish Habitat Restoration. The comprehensive scope of the AE Services shall include development and implementation of a suite of actions, potentially including levee modifications, to improve fish habitat in the Methow River and its tributaries between Pateros and Winthrop, WA. The AE shall have documented experience, professional registration, and applicable expertise in comparable fish habitat restoration projects. The AE shall also be able to consult on environmental compliance and permitting requirements with local, state, and federal agencies; conduct studies; develop designs and construction documents. Details on the required services will be provided in individual work orders. The awarded contract base services will include professional AE Services with an ordering period of five years from contract award. The maximum order limitation amount of all task orders issued against the IDIQ shall not exceed $4,000,000.00. This procurement is subject to the Brooks AE Act as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 36.6. The RFP, and any subsequent amendments, will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on or about April 2019 on Federal Business Opportunities (www.fbo.gov). Please be advised the date for solicitation posting is estimated and the actual posting date may be after the estimated date. The anticipated award date is August 2019.
