- PR No: 73312673. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Multiplexer to be used on the AN/ALQ-184. This solicitation is for award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The NSN and quantities are as follows: NSN: 5895-01-187-9355 Approved Sources: L-3 Communications, Part Number NAR8432, CAGE 60583 Raytheon, Part number G254077-2V2 Quantity: 109 Each GOVERNMENT FIRST ARTICLE TESTING APPLIES. NUMBER OF UNITS: 2 EACH SUBMIT SAMPLES 180 DAYS ARO TO FD2060 GOVERNMENT REVIEW: 60 DAYS PRODUCTION MATERIALS: 280 DAYS ARO TOTAL DELIVERY: 520 DAYS ARO Delivery: FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 280 days AFAA or 280 days ARO if FAT is waived. Surge requirements do not apply. Solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis utilizing other than full and open competitive procedures. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is on or about January 8, 2018. The anticipated award date is mAY 15, 2019. AN EXPORT CONTROL BIDSET EXISTS FOR THIS NSN. GOVERNMENT FIRST ARTICLE TESTING APPLIES. A CONFIDENTIAL DOCUMENT IS INCLUDED IN THE TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGE THAT SUPPORTS THIS MATERIAL. A 100% QUANTITY OPTION DOES NOT APPLY. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be cons.idered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Small Business Subcontracting Plan not required.
