Description

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to acquire IHS Global pricing and purchasing subscription renewal using FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures not to exceed $250,000. Subscription includes quarterly update of cost planner, commodity market analysis, Forecast Summary Chapters, Sector Detail Chapters, Forecast Tables, E-Mail Alert System and Technical Support. Period of performance is Date of Award through September 30, 2019 plus four option years. The procurement is unrestricted, NAICS code is 519190, and the small business standard is $27.5M. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Potential sources who believe they can provide the subscription service listed above are invited to submit substantiating documentation in writing to the identified point of contact at faith.m.ashton@irs.gov no later than 9:00 a.m., March 25, 2019. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Please note: A solicitation does not exist. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
