- Solicitation/RFQ# 140P8319Q0012 Request for Quotations - Recycling Services This RFQ is being issued for the purpose of Recycling Services for North Cascades National Park Service Complex (NOCA). The RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01. The intent is to procure Recycling Services on an as needed basis (requirements type contract) at a firm fixed price, for one base year and possibly up to two option years at the discretion of the NPS, for a total of not to exceed three years. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, transportation supervision, and other items necessary to provide Recycling Services for the NOCA Marblemount Ranger Station and Newhalem Visitor Center areas. The government intends to issue a firm fixed price Requirements-type Purchase Order (PO) for pick-up, transportation and disposal services of commingled recyclable materials. All work will be subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards (see FAR clause 52.222-41) and wages shall meet or exceed those listed in the attached wage determination. Transport of empty or filled containers will be scheduled on an as-needed basis by the NPS. Payment will be made for actual services rendered based on actual quantities handled and at prices awarded on the PO.
