NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Heliophysics Science Division - Mixed Methods Climate and Culture Assessment Project. NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to Kathryn Clancy (Associate Professor, University of Illinois) under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined that Kathryn Clancy (Associate Professor, University of Illinois)is the sole provider of Heliophysics Science Division - Mixed Methods Climate and Culture Assessment Project NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (06-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
