Description

The Contractor will furnish all labor, travel, repair parts,supplies, equipment, and software updates as necessary to provide corrective maintenance, emergency service and periodic preventive maintenance inspections for the BK Medical Flex Focus 400 Ultrasound Truss system equipment listed on the purchase order. Services shall be performed in accordance with terms condition and specifications contained herein. Equipment is included in inventory for VAMC 1601 Kirkwood Highway Wilmington DE 19805 proper. Quotes are due by March 13, 2019 at noon est. Sent to andrew.taylor3@va.gov referencing the solicitation number in the subject of the email. Please read the entire document but specifically the addendum to the instruction to quoters on page 33.
