- AMENDMENT NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W91151-19-Q-0069 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 532490 with a small business size standard of $32.50M. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-03-07 17:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com. FOB Destination shall be in the Place of Performance. The MICC Fort Hood requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: LEASE 106 Light Towers as described in the PWS ___ Salient characteristics: Light towers must be equipped with towing pintle of being attached to a standard military High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV). Light tower shall ensure at least a minimum of (4) 1000 watt bulbs with a total power output no less than 4kW and a total power output for the generator of no less than 7kW. Light towers shall run on Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD). Light towers must be labeled near the fuel tank with the wording " Diesel Fuel Only". OR mobile solar light tower, silent operation, four 48-watt LED lamps, 4600 lumens per fixture, 20-ft telescoping tower with 360-degree rotation, adjustable-tilt solar panel array, four 4D AGM batteries, security battery box vandal and theft resistant, portable, 2" ball hitch NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (05-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
