- NOTICE TO CONTRACTOR This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N6247319Q4415. It is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 561599. The size standard is $20.5M. It is the contractor s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest (NAVFAC SW) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the following services that must meet the salient characteristics described below and within the Statement of Work (SOW): Contractor shall provide the three conference rooms for a training event known as the Acquisition Summit as detailed in the SOW. The training will consist of two, two-day sessions on 3-4 April 2019 and 10-11 April 2019 from 7:30AM 4:30PM each day. Contractor facilities shall have dining accommodations available for up to 190 people each day. Requirements Include: CLIN 0001 QTY. 4 One General Session Room (Large) to accommodate up to 190 people (occupancy) per Day: (3-4 April and 10-11 April 2019), with two microphones, that do not have an unobstructed view throughout the room. (i.e. no center columns). Unit of Issue: DAY Price: __________ CLIN 0002 QTY. 4 Two Break-out rooms per Day: (3-4 April and 10-11 April 2019) Break-out rooms must be located next to or in close proximity to the Large meeting room. Large meeting room, with two microphones, that do not have an unobstructed view throughout the room. (i.e. no center columns) 2.) Two (2) Break-out rooms that are located next to or in close proximity to the Large meeting room. 3.) Projection screens in each of the three (3) rooms (Government to provide projectors). 4.) Contractor facilities shall have dining options available for up to 120 people each day. Audio Visual (AV) requirements for each date listed above: i) Wired Microphone(s) QTY. 2 ii) 4 Channel Mixer iii) Projection Screen at least 6ft. QTY. 3 iv) AV table with power for Projector. Projectors will be supplied by the Government for all rooms on the dates listed above. Large meeting room specifications: i) Room must be available from April 3-4, 2019 and April 10-11, 2019. ii) Registration will begin at 7:30AM on 3 April 2019 and 10 April 2019, respectively. iii) Forum time will be from 7:30AM 4:30PM each day listed above. iv) Room must accommodate up to 120 people seated in round tables, no more than 10 chairs per table. v) One (1) 6 x30 table in the entre of the room or just outside for sign-in. vi) One (1) 6 x30 table in the front of the room for on-deck presenters. Breakout rooms specifications: i) Rooms must be available from April 3-4, 2019 and April 10-11, 2019. ii) Forum time will be from 7:30AM 4:30PM each day as listed above. iii) Room must accommodate up to 40 people per room seated in classroom style set-up.
