Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written quotes IAW CLIN structure outlined in this announcement and the quote template sheet provided. Oral quotes will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01 [effective 20 Dec 2018 (updated with Class Deviation: 2019-O0005)] and DFARS DPN 20190215 (effective 15 Feb 2018 edition). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332322, "Flooring, Sheet Metal (Except Stampings), Manufacturing", and the Small Business Size Standard of 500 Employees applies to this procurement. This acquisition is being conducted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). Purchase Request #: F4DTCB8353A101 Project Title: Raised Access Panel Floor System Project Description: The Contractor shall provide and install a new raised access panel flooring system for Bldg. 1840 on Vandenberg AFB, CA. CLIN 0001 - Demolition & Properly Dispose of Existing Raised Flooring System IAW the PWS. Qty: 1 JB CLIN 0002 - Raised Access Panel Floor System for Electronics (Server Racks). Laminate Color: Cheyenne; 1/16" thickness with integral edge trim. Mfr: Tate Part No.: CCN 1250 or Equal. Qty: 832 SF CLIN 0003 - Install New Raised Access Flooring System IAW the PWS. Qty: 1 JB All potential offerors are reminded that compliance with the provision at FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, is mandatory.
