The Food and Drug Administration intends to increase the contract ceiling amount of HHSF223201610640A Empirica Signal Suite Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Support from $6,101,707.16 by approximately $690,000 to approximately $6,791,707.16. This Firm Fixed Price contract was awarded on September 26, 2016 to Commonwealth Informatics, Inc., 260 Charles St, Waltham, MA, 02453 on a competitive basis. Contract performance was awarded for September 28, 2016 to September 27, 2021, including options.
