Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being issued in conjunction with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation number is 1208850. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01, dated January 22, 2019. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811219-Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance; Small Business Size Standard is $20.5 million. This combined/synopsis solicitation is issued as Full and Open competition The FDA/NCTR/ requires preventative maintenance, corrective/remedial maintenance repair service agreement on a Sony SH800 Cell Sorter and a Sony SA-3800 Cell Spectral Analyzer to maintain the functionality of the equipment.to study cellular responses to Clostridium difficile and Commensal Bacteria.
