- Description: ****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO Christopher Caputo, Contract Specialist, CCAM-ALA, via email: christopher.m.caputo.civ@mail.mil. No telephone requests will be accepted. This contract action is for one time buy of the following item: NOMENCLATURE: Cushion, Shipping & Storage NSN: 8135-01-332-5574 P/N: 10376-103 QUANTITY: 55 each The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413 and the size standard is 1,250 employees. The Cushion, Shipping & Storage is NOT a Critical Safety Item (CSI). The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specification or any other adequate economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. Currently the only known approved sources for the Cushion, Shipping & Storage is Hardigg Industries, Inc. (CAGE Code: 11214). Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Request (SAR) in order to become an approved source by submitting documentation in accordance with the Competition Advocate's Shopping List procedures. These procedures are outlined at the following website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home.
