Description

This is a sole source requirement to Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMCO). CAGE 98897. This notice/requirement is for supply of all new fabricated components, wire harnesses, and miscellaneous parts required to install the C-130J Center Wing Replacement (CWR) Kits for installation on C-130J aircraft. This requirement includes the production of two configurations of the C-130J CWR kit to accommodate both the short (C-130J) and stretch (C-130J-30) versions of the aircraft. The Government does not own the data rights, therefore, the government intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Cage Code: 98897, Lockheed Martin Corporation DBA Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company, 86 South Cobb Dr, Marietta GA 30063 pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source. A complete engineering data package is not available for competitive solicitation due to proprietary rights claims by the manufacturer. Basic Requirement is 4 EA Center Wing Replacement Kit, Component Kit, Spare Parts, and Replenishment Spare Parts. Option I is 3 EA, Option II is 3 EA, Option III is 4 EA.
