Description

T he purpose of this announcement is to provide the DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) N00024-18-R-2317. This draft RFP is for the accomplishment of Post Shakedown Availabilities (PSA) of two DDG 51 class guided missile destroyers. PSAs are intended to accomplish correction of Government responsible trial card deficiencies; new work identified between ship custody transfer at the start of the PSA; and the incorporation of approved engineering changes, which were not incorporated during the construction period, and are not otherwise the shipbuilder's responsibility. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (30-APR-2018).
