Description

Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) is currently examining alternative procurement methods for Residential Reentry Center services to include In-House services, Day Reporting services and Home Confinement Services within the entire state of Missouri. The solicitation is anticipated to be for a requirements type contract, which will be required to have multiple performance sites/locations within the state where services will be required. Each identified location will have an estimated number of placements, to include in-house, and home confinement residents. It is anticipated that all services will be solicited under a single procurement for the entire state, and will require that the successful offeror provide all services within the state. The requirement is anticipated to be for an estimated 375 placements state-wide (a combination of: RRC, Home Confinement, and Day Reporting Center), with a minimum of one identified location within each judicial district (Eastern and Western). Additional locations located within the districts will be considered a significant strength during the evaluation process. The ability to accept sex offenders in-house is required. The Bureau would like input from providers of services in the community as to the feasibility of this particular method of procurement.
