Description

This is a sources sought only notice for the renewal of a Blanket Purchase Agreement for Tripler Army Medical Center Nutrition Care Division for food service chemical cleaning supplies. The Contractor will provide food service chemical cleaning supplies that meets the current EPA requirements for waste water produced, EPA guidelines, food safety standards, American Restaurant Association HACCP standards, US Public Health Food Code, and Hawaii State Law requirements for Tripler Army Medical Center Nutrition Care Division of food service operations. The contractor must provide all chemicals required to maintain food service operations; must meet federal, state, military requirements for use in food service operations; provide all dispensing equipment for chemicals (currently APEX system); must have on-island technician to address issues with dispensing equipment; must be able to deliver all chemicals to Tripler Army Medical Center's loading dock; delivery time is 3 days from the placement of orders; and must meet all driving and vehicle requirements for entering military base. The attached document provides a list some of the current food service chemical cleaning supplies that meets EPA guidelines and Hawaii State law requirements.
