This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and the solicitation number is 36C24418Q0302. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101 effective October 26, 2018. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors with a small business size standard of $15.0 Million. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, HJ Heinz Campus, 1010 Delafield Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15215-1802 is seeking to obtain Replace Building 51 Exhaust Fan Service. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: The anticipated Period of Performance will be Base plus four option years following Contract award and includes the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN): CLIN 0001: Annual Generator Fuel Testing Services for University Drive Campus: Contractor shall furnish all parts, materials, labor and transportation necessary to provide Generator Fuel Testing Services in accordance with Statement of Work.45 Days following Notice to Proceed. The Schedule of Supplies and Services is included as Attachment 2, Price Cost Schedule. Service Contract Act Wage Determination Number 2015-4235, Revision Number 9, dated 12-26-2018, applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449.
