Description

Description: Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The requirement is to obtain Janitorial Services for real property owned or managed by the U.S. Government at U.S. Embassy, Muscat. The services are in all designated spaces including, but not limited to hallways, offices, restrooms, work areas, entrance ways, cafeteria, visitor lobbies, storage areas, elevators, stairways. Estimated total of the floor area for performance of the cleaning services is 18,285 square meters of interior & exterior services. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The solicitation will be issued via the FedBizOpps. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.207. Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of proposals. The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at the above web address. Please see the RFP for the actual date. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (24-FEB-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
