- The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, materials, parts, tools (standard and special), test equipment, test fittings, supplies, consumables, and equipment required to perform engine repairs for the CGC PAMLICO (WLIC 800), A 75 Foot Class Inland Buoy Tender all in exact accordance with this solicitation and the attached specification.
