Description: This solicitation is for an emergency acquisition of an Ultrasound System for the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. This solicitation is competed as a Small Business Set-Aside; however, in accordance with 38 USC 8127(d) Veterans First Contracting Program, and VAAR 852.215-70 Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and Veteran-Owned Small Business Evaluation Factors, offers from SDVOSB and VOSB contractors will be given special consideration. Contractors must be listed on the VETBIZ website prior to offer submission to be considered VOSB or SDVOSB. This is a Brand Name Only acquisition due to the emergent nature of the requirement and of the system to work with other medical systems currently used by hospital staff. All questions must be emailed to bryan.boggs2@va.gov by 1000 AM PST on Monday, 2/25/2019, to allow time for a response.
