- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is JacksonLTBADS0010 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 237990 with a small business size standard of $36.50M. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-03-01 11:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com. FOB Destination shall be Fort Jackson, SC 29207 The MICC End User requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: SYNTHETIC ATHLETIC TURF. Green in color, with white lines and dashes included to separate lanes (see attachment). Consist 16 individual lanes marked and numbered. Each lane measuring 2.5 meters in width by 25 meters in length. Every other dash mark to represent the measurement of 0-25 meters. Overall size of the turf to measure 134ft by 100ft (see attachment for field layout).
