Description

The 143d Airlift Wing Air National Guard Base, Rhode Island intends to award a venue/hotel rooms/food in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a Strong Bonds Event in the Southern New England area. Award will be rewarded with the vendor that presents the BEST VALUE for the government. Evaluation Factors are included, vendor shall provide information for these evaluation factors to be considered. See attachment for instruction. Requirement: The 143d RIANG is looking for two (2) conference room space with a capacity of not less than seventy 70 people. Provide Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner for an anticipated Seventy (70) people and twenty-five (25) guest rooms which can accommodate four (4) per room. Includes five (5) guest rooms for conference staff. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (21-FEB-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
