Description

This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to obtain information from qualified vendors with special interest relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 236210 Clean Room Construction. Requirement Contractor shall supply pre-fabricated clean room suite, configure, and install three (3) pharmaceutical compounding clean rooms for the Pharmacy Department at the Marion and Fort Wayne, Indiana VA Medical Centers. This project must be in compliance with USP 797 code requiring sterile compounding in controlled ISO class environments. The Statement of Work (SOW) will include the necessary supplies, installation, integration with the existing electrical and HVAC system requirements. Installation shall begin within 60 days of contract award and completed by 12/1/2019. Line Item Description 1 Positive & Negative Pressure Clean Compounding Rooms Installed in VA 2 Laminar Airflow Hood Work Stations for Clean Rooms Delivered & Installed 3 POSITIVE PRESSURE ANTEROOM TO INCLUDE PASS THROUGH PORTAL, VIEWING WINDOWS, DOORS, EXTERIOR HAND WASHING STATION, AND ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING SYSTEMS 4 Delivery & Installation (labor) NOTE: OFFERORS MUST PROVIDE DESCRIPTIVE LITERATURE, TO INCLUDE CURRENT WARRANTY PROVISIONS TO SUPPORT THE GOVERNMENT S EVALUATION OF THE OFFERED PRODUCT(S). (See Clauses FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal and VAAR 852.211-73 Brand Name or Equal). This Sources Sought is for new items only; no remanufactured or "gray market" items. Gray market items are Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) goods sold through unauthorized channels in direct competition with authorized distributors. Vendor shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment, verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM, such that the OEM s warranty and services are provided and maintained by the OEM. All warranty and service associated with the equipment shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions.
