- The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 2 is issuing this sources-sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support a requirement for Vehicle Gas Tank Repair/Replacement of a 2012 Chevrolet Express Bus (a 15-Passenger Shuttle Bus) belonging to the VA Hudson Valley Healthcare System, Castle Point campus (Route 9D, Castle Point, NY 12511). The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811111. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide a Capability Statement, as well as the following identifying information: Organization name, DUNS number, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and socioeconomic status of the organization. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) must be verified at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov if it is to be considered as such a firm. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to provide services consistent in scope and scale with those described in this notice and otherwise anticipated. Based on the responses to this sources-sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition.
