Description
This is an Amended Sources Sought Notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources and whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. The NAICS code is 511210 and the size standard is $38.5M. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract to the successful offeror. Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) has a requirement for T-System EV software licensing and remote technical support for the Emergency Department at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. The software performs patient tracking and data mining of the medical records, generation of metrics on patient throughput, and the formulation of proper staffing levels. This data can be utilized in real-time, which increases patient safety and enable staff to stay ahead of bottlenecks with web-based access and an advanced notification system that generates and distributes alerts for metrics such as inflow/outflow ration, occupancy, and capacity. These features reduces patient wait times and length of stay. Users can design, create, and manage multi-dimensional reports and share these reports, which improve cost controls, revenue recovery and staff management. Also, the software supports concurrent nurse/physician charting allowing for better interaction and informational awareness, and the generation of a clear text medical report that is legally defendable. The software provides feedback identifying coding compliance or non-compliance, which reduces errors. Software allows users to circle positive finding / backslash negative findings, and marks are converted automatically to articulate text. This allows users to input pertinent information about patients while producing textual narrative that is usable across the care continuum. Software allows direct interfacing to all TAMC lab ordering and lab resulting functions. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-FEB-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE. PLEASE CONTACT 877-472-3779 or fbo.support@gsa.gov REGARDING THIS ISSUE.
