Description

RFP 283-19-0541 Grant Review Support The purpose of this contract is to provide content writer and honorarium payment support to Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA)/Office of Financial Resources (OFR)/Division of Grant Review (DGR). Content Writer and honorarium payment support for SAMHSA's peer review process includes Content Writer Support and Honorarium Payment Support. The process and objectives for honorarium payments will include secure transmission and storage of any grant application financial, biographical and/or personal identifiable information, tracking and monitoring honorarium payments to ensure payment is made to the reviewer and to eliminate the duplication of payments, collaborating and validating through the Contracting Officer Representative a list of all peer reviewers who have provided satisfactory peer review before issuing payment, maintain confidentiality of peer reviewer information and grant application information in accordance with current and pertinent Federal Regulations, policies, and guidelines.
