Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation 36C25019Q0287 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-94, 2005-95/ 01-19-2017. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 339114 and the business size standard is 750 employees. BRAND NAME ONLY REQUIREMENT: It is imperative that your quote include all necessary items necessary to outfit one (1x) stand-alone 3-D dental scanning system and one (1x) companion workstation to include: One (1x) 3Shape TRIOS POD wired with handle One (1x) Dell Alienware 17R4 Laptop* One (1x) Design Studio software and training One (1x) Implant Studio software and training One (1x) HP Z240 workstation* Installation and interface of POD with laptop and workstation including software *Minimum requirements: 1920x1080 resolution, Intel Core i7-6700 (3.4GHz) processor, 16GB DDR4 (2133MHz) RAM, 1TB SSD Disk, ASUS GeForce GTX 1060 (6GB) graphics card, Windows 10 Pro The proposed contract listed here is UNRISTRICTED FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION.
