Description

This Request for Proposal is issued for the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Europe area for commercial custodial services, ground maintenance and pest control at the DoDEA schools located in Italy and Spain. Accordingly, and in conjunction with FAR Part 5.202 (12) this requirement is intended to be performed by potential offerors in the local communities since it is located outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-FEB-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
