Description
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Jacksonville, Florida is soliciting proposals of companies to provide Train the Trainer Courses for Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) at Eglin AFB, Florida. The Contractor shall provide support in accordance with (IAW) the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Offerors shall provide proposed price for each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) and grand total for all CLINs 0001 “ 4003. The solicitation number is N68836-18-Q- 0038 and this solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74. The small business standard for the associated NAICS code is 611430 with a size standard of $11,000,000.00. This solicitation specifies that award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors. The contract will be awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Technical acceptability includes providing supplies as they are specified in the Performance Work Statement. Questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted NLT 4:30 9.m. EST, 17 January 2018 to reasonably expect a response from the Government. Questions not received within the prescribed time and date WILL NOT be considered. The Government intends to award without discussions, however, reserves the right to hold discussions, if necessary.
