Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Acquisition Management Division, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with KLA-Tencor Corporation, located in Milpitas, CA per the statutory authority of 41 USC 3304(a)(1) and pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b), for the repair of a NIST owned KLA P7 tool located in Boulder, CO. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-FEB-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
