- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-01. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a cascading small business set-aside. If no acceptable Small Business quotes are received, then other than Small Business responses will be considered. North American Industrial Classification Standard 713940 applies to this solicitation; business size standard is $7.5m.
