- This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Notice for delivery of diesel fuel, gasoline, and heating oil to Culpeper National Cemetery. The Department of Veteran Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, is seeking qualified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small-Business (VOSB), and other small business sources capable of delivering diesel fuel, gasoline, and heating oil to Culpeper National Cemetery for a period of one base year and four one-year option periods. The anticipated contract type is a Requirements contract that would establish estimated quantities and where task orders would be issued for specific needs. No minimum quantity would be established or guaranteed. Below are the anticipated yearly amounts: Gasoline (Ethanol Free 87 Octane Gasoline): 1,100 Gallons Diesel (Off-Road Dyed Diesel Fuel): 1,800 Gallons Heating Oil: 1,900 Gallons Anticipated delivery locations: Heating Oil: 305 US Avenue, Culpeper, VA 22701 Diesel and Gasoline: 501 E. Chandler Street, Culpeper, VA 22701 The purpose of this sources sought notice is to determine the interest and capability of potential qualified SDVOSBs, VOSBs, and other small business firms. The applicable North American Industry Classification code (NAICS) is 324110. The Small Business Size Standard for this code is 1,500 Employees. The Government will use response(s) to this Sources Sought Notice to help determine the Government s acquisition strategy and whether the requirement can be set-aside and what type of set-aside is appropriate.
