Description
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. We are seeking information for market research purposes only. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. The VHA Network Contracting Office 6 (NCO 6) is conducting a market survey to find qualified vendors who can provide the following items: (Brand Name or Equal To) NexLog 740 recording server Network Attached Storage Device - 2x1TB RAID-1 (1TB) Rackmount UPS Battery Backup and Surge Protector Professional Services: Installation, configuration, testing, and unlimited training Salient Characteristics: Recording server (all hardware included) Browser based software Easy-to-use tools for search and replay with multiparameter search, multiple-call replay via graphical timeline with pan/zoom, waveform displays, variable-speed replay Ability to do instant recall and live call monitoring Ability to build an incident in the system with drag and drop function into incidents without having to download recordings or media from the recording system to a pc Ability to make call notes, text and audio annotations, redaction, and obfuscation within the recording system (without the need for any 3rd party products) Ability to export recordings via email, DVD, or Blu-Ray Integrated Color LCD Touch Screen Display (no KVM needed) - 6-8" 2 x 1TB Hot Swap h/w-RAID1 = 1TB storage Equip with 1 Multi-Drive for DVD-RAM Dual Hot-Swap power supplies, 120/240 VAC Rack Mount Slides - 2 Post Center Mount Ability to record, at a minimum, 8 Analog Channels Ability to record, at a minimum, 24 Digital\IP NEC phones Ability to export in WAV and MP3 8 browser based concurrent licenses Network Attached Storage Device - 2x1TB RAID-1 (1TB) Rackmount UPS Battery Backup and Surge Protector Include all the necessary cables, punch blocks, materials, etc. Must include installation, configuration, testing, and unlimited staff training for one year One-year hardware and software warranty, including maintenance and software updates 24/7 service and support including both remote support and on-site service for one year Have manufacturer certified technicians for the installation, commissioning, and user training. Must provide certs. Have manufacturer and CJIS certified technicians on call on a 24/7 basis for both remote and onsite support. Must be provide certifications documents. Onsite support must be able to be onsite within 60 minutes of being notified by phone. Provide proof of being manufacturer certified and an authorized distributor Contractor will ensure that they comply with all local low voltage codes and certifications and are registered with the North Carolina Private Protective Services. Contractor will ensure that all technicians are certified on OSHA 10 requirements as directed by VA. Contractor will ensure that the Project Manager is certified on OSHA 30 requirements as directed by VA. All responses shall be submitted no later than 6 PM EST on Friday, February 15, 2019. The Veteran Administration is required to give priority to SDVOSB and then VOSB concerns if there should be sufficient firms available to compete under a set-aside. If insufficient veteran-owned small-business responses are received, the acquisition will be set-aside for small business participation if there are sufficient firms available. If insufficient small business responses are received, the action will be advertised for full and open competition. The NAICS 34111 is applicable to this acquisition; with a size standard of 1250 employees. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.1201(a) Prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications at the System for Award Management (SAM) as a part of required registration in conjunction with FAR 4.1102(a) that states, Prospective contractors shall be registered in the (SAM) database prior to award of a contract or agreement. Therefore, due to time constraints, vendors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov to be considered for an award.
