Project Title: Repair Stanley Road; JBSA Fort Sam Houston Repair Stanley Road; JBSA Fort Sam Houston This acquisition is a 100% Woman Owned Small Business Set Aside The project magnitude is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 NAICS: 237310 Instructions: The contractor shall complete as part of offer and submit the following documents: Section A: SF 1442 with completed blocks #14, #15, #16, #17, #20a, #20b, #20c, and block #19 if amendments have been issued. An authorized official of the firm must sign the SF 1442 block #20b Section B: Complete pricing information CLINS 0001 and 0002 Section I: Complete appropriate certifications Section K: Complete all appropriate and applicable Representations and Certifications Bid: Offeror shall submit completed and detailed bid including all supporting documents as stated in Section L, "Instructions to Offerors" Bid: Only electronic copy will be accepted IAW FAR 14.202-8 and Section L, Para. 1.2 of this IFB A bid guarantee is not required NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (08-FEB-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
