- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is N0016719Q0048 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 314910 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-02-22 12:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com. FOB Destination shall be West Bethesda, MD 20817 The NAVSEA NSWC - Carderock requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: OPEN FRAME TENT - 60-foot-long by 38-foot-wide by 9.5-foot high - The tent shall be constructed to withstand the following environmental conditions: Temperature range: 34oF to 83oF; Average wind speed: 5.2-mph; Maximum wind speed gust: 40-mph; Average monthly rainfall: 6-inches - Open frame, no center supports - Enclosed on all sides - Two rigid personnel access doors - One section of removable sidewall measuring 8-foot high by 14-foot-wide for forklift access on the gable end - Personnel must be able to remove sidewall without lifting aids - Modifiable to install over the edge of the flight deck - Lighting of 400-watt, 110-volt NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (07-FEB-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
