The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Requirements (IDR) contract a guaranteed contract minimum quantity of 40 each with an estimated max of 75 each of a FAN, VANEAXIAL, NSN: 4140-01-2958143, Part Number: 145HS202-7 applicable to the CHINOOK weapon system. Production Lead Time with First Article Testing is 40 each, 220 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to TINKER AFB, OK, 73145-8000. This item is limited in competition to MEGGITT DEFENSE SYSTEMS, INC., Cage Code 62228; THE BOEING COMPANY Cage Code 77272. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
