- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command located at Fort Bliss Texas is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP). The requirement will support the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) Housing Division requirement for Preventive Maintenance and Services following manufacturer's recommendations(MATAG) to include cleaning exhaust vents and repairs of vent connections to dryers replacement of hoses and other repair parts necessary to prevent uniterrupted equipment oerations. The current inventory of 3,531 Washers and Dryers are Brand New and are covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty of Five (5) years at installation of 4 Febuary 2019. The warranty covers all parts. The contractor shall be responisble for all labor, shipping, transportation or custom duties for covered parts. Please see the Performance Work Statement for more information regarding this requirement. This action is being released as One Hundred 100% Small Business. The solicitation and resulting contract will be a Frim Fixed Priced (FFP) with (1) One Base Year and Three (3) One Year Options. Period of Performance date: 22 April 2019 through 21 April 2020 award date may be adjusted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811412 Appliance Repair Maintenance with a Size Standard of $15Mil. Prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible to receive and award from this solicitation and shall the NAICS Code listed above under the Reps & Certs.
