- Description
- Marine Corps Installations, National Capital Region - Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Base, Quantico, VA, hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Strategic Ventures Consulting Group, LLC, located at 6608 Placid St., Falls Church, VA 22043 under the authority of FAR 6.203-1(a)(2)(iii)(B), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." Deputy Commandant Combat Development and Integration (DC CD&I), Capabilities Development Directorate (CDD) requires highly specialized support services and subject matter expertise in order for the MAGTF Integration Division (MID), Capabilities Based Assessment (CBA) Branch to execute their mission. The CBA Branch is responsible for the annual execution of the Marine Corps CBA process, which culminates with the production of the Marine Corps Enterprise Integration Plan (MCEIP) - a consolidated summary of analysis from the MC CBA. A formal solicitation was not developed but an informal Request for Quote (M00264-19-R-0004) will be provided upon request. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (17-DEC-2018).
