- SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE Description of Requirement Network Contracting Office 9 (NCO9) is posting this Sources Sought Notice for the purpose of locating a capable business to provide up to two Full Time Equivalent (FTE) Medical Technologist Services after normal clinic hours, to include weekends and holidays. This is a contract for healthcare resources for Medical Technologist Services to be furnished on-site at the Nashville VA Medical Center, located at 1310 24th Ave S, Nashville, TN 37212. This requirement is for a base period of one-year with four one-year options to extend the period of performance. Medical Technologists shall be technically proficient in the skills necessary to fulfill the Government s requirement, to include the ability to speak, understand, read and write English fluently. At this time TVHS is conducting market research, and seeking to locate possible Medical Technologist Services, including any small business providers for these services. Services to be Provided: See attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). Qualification: Bachelor s degree in medical laboratory science or in a related science. Certified through American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or American Medical Technologists (AMT). NAICS code: 621511 and size standard is $32.5 million. PSC code: Q301 NOTE: Respondent claiming SDVOSB and VOSB status must be registered and CVE verified in VetBiz Registry https://www.va.gov/osdbu/. Respondent is required to have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). Information sought: Response to this announcement should include the following information: (1) Resumes for potential candidates; (2) Records showing successful past performance of a similar requirement; (3) A statement indicating that respondent will submit a proposal to the solicitation for these services; and (4) Copy of active SAM registration (if available).
