Description

Air Force Research Laboratory, Aerospace Systems Directorate (AFRL/RQ-West) is establishing this open BAA with calls to solicit innovative research proposals of interest to the Space Propulsion Research Branch (AFRL/RQRS) research as described below. The BAA will allow for submission of white papers during the open period of the BAA and will provide for specific proposal preparation times and due dates on individual calls identified during the open period of the BAA. White papers should be addressed to the White Paper Focal Point identified below. This is an unrestricted solicitation. Small businesses are encouraged to propose on all or any part of this solicitation. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 541715, and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees. White papers/proposals submitted shall be in accordance with this announcement or with any specific calls issued as a part of this announcement. Offerors should remain vigilant for any specific calls or updates related to this BAA.
