RFQ 36C24219Q0295 0001 AMENDMENT HVAC AND DUCT CLEANING OF WARDS 5C / 9A / OR / GU This modification has been created to announce the scheduling of an on-site meeting and to provide clarification of the bid closing date. On-Site: The on-site meeting shall occur on Tuesday February 12, 2019 at 9:00 AM EST. Location: Buffalo VA Medical Center 3495 Bailey Ave, Buffalo, NY 14215-1129 Engineering Conference Room, Building 6, Basement Level, Room 54-1 A map of the Buffalo VA Medical Center has been provided. Parking on-site is limited, please arrive early. The Point of Contact for the On-Site shall be the Contracting Officers Representative (COR) Thomas Heldwein who can be reached at 716-349-3962 or Thomas.Heldwein@va.gov. Calling will be the best method of contact during the on-site as this will be a walking tour to the different wards on the requirement. Attendance to this on-site is optional and not mandatory. Closing Date Clarification: This amendment also provides clarification to RFQ 36C24219Q0295 s closing date/time. Two different dates were contained in the RFQ due to administrative error, the correct deadline is Thursday, February 14th, 2019 at 2:00 PM EST. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (06-FEB-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
