Description

The VA Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) intends to issue a commercial solicitation, 36C77019Q0299, onsite annual quantitative respirator mask test fitting for up to 25 personnel at the VA Leavenworth CMOP. The solicitation will be issued as a Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541620 and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $15-million. Contractors must be registered and current with System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a Government contract award. To register, the SAM Internet address is: http://www.sam.gov. Contractors claiming Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) must be certified and current in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) to be eligible for the set aside.
