Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91ZLK-19-Q-0020 for Proposal. This solicitation document and incorporated Contractors who are not registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award will not be considered. Contractors may register with SAM online for free at www.sam.gov.provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular(FAC)2019-01 (20 Dec 2018). The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for The United States Army, Aberdeen Test Center-of a Medium Load Bank (See below and the attached Specifications): NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (06-FEB-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
