This is a Sole Source Synopsis announcement. A written solicitation will not be issued. Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award a contract with both Firm Fixed Price (FFP) items and Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) items to BAE Systems Surface Ships Ltd of Portsmouth, UK, using other than full and open competition pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) and as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (06-FEB-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
