Page 1 of 5 (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Belimed model WD750l2RS, BRAND NAME, as prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR 13 will be used. (ii) The solicitation number is 36C26019Q0227 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 (iv) This solicitation is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and the associated NAICS 339113 code has a small business size standard of 750. The business has been verified for ownership and control pursuant to 38 CFR 74 and is so listed in the Vendor Information Pages database, (https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov); and The Vendor shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system such that the OEM warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. All warranty and service associated with the equipment/system shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. The vendor shall provide new items ONLY; no remanufactured or "Gray Market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Cart washer must have four levels and a capacity to hold up to 24 baskets. Two instrument wash carts to be provided that meet all specifications for operation of the main cart washer, and designed specifically for it. Must have 6 lid holders for the instrument carts Must include 1 thermal reduction kit that meet all specifications for operation of the main cart washer, and designed specifically for it. Must include one seismic kit for the cartwasher, that meet all specifications for operation of the main cart washer, and designed specifically for it. Must have integrated wash arms at each level Must have complete automatic drainage of piping, pump, tank, valves and fittings Must have Twin-door push-through model for separating contaminated/clean Service compartment doors must be able to be either left OR right side. Must have horizontal sliding glass doors Must have stainless-steel circulation pump: 4 kW, 1000 l/min Must have steam-heated, integrated washing chamber tank Must have a pneumatically actuated diaphragm valves and disk valves Must have drying capability of 1800 m3/h Must have separate control circuitry and power circuitry Must have Racks specific to items to be washed Contractor Requirements: On arrival to the Portland VA, contractor must have all engineers go to the admin area of FMS and schedule an appointment for a finger print background check. Contractor is to install seismic anchoring of the unit meeting all current local, state, and federal codes. Contractor to perform required PMs during the warranty period in accordance to the OEM specifications and manual in order to ensure proper operation and in order to meet all OEM specifications for operation.
