This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-101 (effective 10/26/2018). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811219, with a small business size standard of $20.5 million. SB registration will be verified in System Award Management (SAM) and Small Business Administration (SBA). Quotes will be considered non-responsive and rejected if the Contracting Officer is not able to verify and view contractor registrations. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office in support of the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) located at the John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas require the contractor to furnish all qualified and certified personnel, materials, necessary equipment and services to include lodging, travel and meals necessary to perform Preventative Maintenance and Maintenance Repair service on Sterrad equipment per full requirement details in performance work statement. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract. Period of Performance: May 30, 2019 to May 29, 2024 Questions on this combined synopsis/solicitation shall be sent to point of contact listed above by February 11, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. (Central Time).
