Description

The Regional Health Contracting Office-Atlantic, Fort Gordon, GA is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for a non-personnel services contract to provide the Martin Army Community Hospital (BMACH), USAMEDDAC Fort Benning, Georgia laboratory with a supply contract for a Microbiology reagent standing order (IDIQ). The contract period is from 1 April 2019, or date of award, through 30 September 2019. These reagents will be located in the Microbiology section of the laboratory under the management of the Department of Pathology. as directed by the Contract. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. This acquisition will be solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 325413 -- In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing with a size standard of 1,250. The performance period is estimated to begin around 1 April 2019 through 30 Sep 19. See Exhibit 1 for a listing of regents that will be required. This list is subject to change.
